Our Last Sunday at Bugallon

Bro Joel snored rather loudly last night, and some people were not able to sleep very well, if at all. The funny thing about it was that I thought it was Eden, and I told her to stop snoring, and to turn over, but later during the night when I woke up, I realised it wasn't her. Eden never having snored like that in her life before did not occur to me in my fuzzy brain state.

Because everyone had slept over, there was lots of activity in the morning. The good thing was, that we had to get our own breakfast, which we did, and again it was cereal. Gradually most people made their way back to the own homes to get ready for the meeting, and only a few of us were left. The lull in the noise did not last for long though, as people began to return to prepare the lunch and set up the hall etc.

Matt exhorted on John 6. Sis Evelyn held Sunday School while the meeting was on, to keep it quiet for the adults, which was very nice for everyone to be able to listen easily. I stayed in our bedroom with Noah trying to get him to sleep, as he had had such a late night last night, but, of course, he only fell asleep right at the end of the meeting.

After lunch, we all went and had a much needed siesta, and the others seemed to mysteriously go about their business, giving all sorts of vague answers as to what they were doing and where they were going. When we woke up the hall was very quiet, as those who were left were resting as well.

Again the evening was a night of fellowship and fun as we enjoyed dinner around the large kitchen table and then the Bible readings in the hall with lots of discussion.

Bro Frans was determined to give us icecream, so he and Bro Cesar disappeared on Bro Frans' motorbike and 45 minutes later, they returned victorious. Silas managed to stay awake for this special treat, or get out of bed because he heard the excited squeals. We saved some for the Eden and Noah to have for breakfast. More talking and looking at pictures and generally staying up too late again, and lots of people slept at the hall too. Bro Felcris and Bro Ryan came from Bayambang to share our last night with us.

Hopefully everyone sleeps better tonight, and bro Joel doesn't snore too loudly.
