We walked to Rothmans for the memorial meeting. It was nice to meet all the Bre & Sis, especially Bro Vads & Sis Carina (and their new baby girl, Zain). Silas got to meet Bro Ogi, the living embodiment of his imaginary friend.
I gave the exhort – well only half the exhort, because half way through I started sweating and shivering and had to make a dash for the toilet. Bro Ogi finished the exhort for me.
Following the exhort a young brother (Jarrod???) gave the lecture to the subject of “Superhero's”, ie: who do we worship, Jesus Christ should be our own “superhero”.
Mum, Noah and myself went back to Shalom for the rest of the day. I slept most of the day. Sarah, Silas and Eden went with Irene and Marilou to Quezon City Ecclesia. It was wonderful to see people who we haven't seen for about 8 years, Bro Noli and his wife Sis Gemma have 3 boys, aged 2, 5 & 8, so Silas & Eden had fun playing games with them, although I think they were a bit intimidated by Silas & Eden.
